Chad D. Commers, CCIM, has a diverse background in brokerage and asset management of multiple asset types including but not limited to; industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties. While earning his degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St Thomas in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area, he began investing in his own property acquisitions al- lowing him to empathize with the challenges owners face. Prior to joining SVN®|KOVA Naples, Chad was responsible for the leasing, growth, financing, strategic planning, and execution of a large multi-faceted portfolio in Minneapolis. It was in this capacity that he further developed his understanding of the numerous issues and choices owners encountered over the long-term, allowing him to properly advise his clients on how to effectively prepare for and navigate those decisions.
